About Your TeachersNatalie | | |
Natalie Morris is a fully qualified dance teacher with over 10 years experience practising yoga. Natalie has combined the two disciplines of dance and yoga to create a flowing hatha yoga style. Her teaching style is supportive with constant feedback and guidance to help each student achieve their goals.
Natalie's Goal To help you create more body awareness and confidence so that you are able to continue the benefits of yoga through your own regular home practice.
| | Edwina Shaw was introduced to yoga in 1991 and has been doing a regular Ashtanga-based practice since 1993, together with world travel, and the challenges of life with two children and a partner. She is a qualified special needs teacher and also holds a Masters degree in Philosophy, specialising in creative writing with high hopes of becoming a published writer in the not too distant future. Yoga is a central part of her life with time given to asana, pranayama or meditation every day. Edwina believes that the discipline of yoga has helped her to develop discipline in other areas of her life and even more importantly that yoga has been an invaluable tool in processing life’s highs, lows and in-betweens. She enjoys the peace of mind and heart that yoga offers as well as the bodily strength and flexibility gained from regular asana practice. For her, yoga is very much a spiritual path to the Divine in all of us.
